Well, I can't say there's any kind of prog element in this but how about some K-the-I? He's certainly unique and as far as I'm aware doesn't rap about the stuff you're complaining about.

Would you happen to have a link to one of his albums? I can't seem to find Broken Love Letter nor Yesterday, Today, and Tomorrow.
