It's street slang, I wouldn't really call it silly personally. I can understand that some might though.

"Boo boo", as already mentioned. And generally having stupid voices and sounding a bit drunk here and there. "Lushee" repeated over and over. I personally thought the poem and 2Pac parts were silly, but more in terms of musical direction.

Yeah, I get where you're coming from, I just don't really see it as being silly personally. I do agree that the new project feels a lot more toned down in comparison to TPAB.

There are a couple tracks that I'm surprised didn't end up making the actual album though, assuming that's what they were recorded for.

I may have to give up on Kendrick. I think this new one is my least favorite project of his, and I haven't been blown away by any of his past albums as is. Not sure what it is about him generally (I really dig some of his tracks, but the whole albums fall a bit short imo), but this one is just uninteresting.

My 2c: Master storyteller, top-notch rapper, technically brilliant, and catchy tunes. One of my favourites, and although I think it's too early to proclaim GoaT, he's well on his way.

thoughts on the new track?

2nd half is much better than the first imo, but still not sure if it's as good as i hoped. regardless i cannot wait for the new album. kdot hasn't let me down since i started following him with Section 80 and i don't expect it to be any different this time around.

Holy **** I wasn't expecting anything so soon. Thought the cover art was all we were getting for now. Apparently release date is April 7th as well.

The tracks good but I can't see it as being too integral to the album just yet...

I'll check that dictionary, but in the meantime I'm impressed - as is everyone else in the world - by your eloquence, obvious accomplishments and success, and the evidence of your blazingly high intelligence.
