We have different tastes. For example, you absolutely adore Nujabes, so it makes sense that you like laid back tracks like Institutionalized and These Walls. I prefer Kendrick when he's flat out rapping, on more up-beat production.

I'm kind of surprised that you didn't like Institutionalized as well, Gooflesh. The production almost sounds like El doing jazzy beats.

It's not that I don't like the songs per se, it's that I find them to be a tad boring. And that is exemplified when there's about six or seven of them in a row on an album.

I think For Sale has the best instrumental of the whole album, even if Kendrick's lyrics themselves aren't particularly up there. I'd love a pure instrumental version of that track, something really chilled and trippy about it.

The only thing I can say about "u" is HOLY ****ING ****.

Also: King Kunga. Funkiest **** of 2015.

This album is fantastic. Still listening and processing, but seriously, anyone who doesn't like this is nuts.
