section 80 is the bland one. GKMC has a pretty good range production wise and thematically.

I don't see how when he's just reviving 20 year old tropes and capitalizing on a trends.

It is original because no one else is doing iy regardless of where he is getting his source material.

Everyone else is too busy jacking dance beats or putting out lame stoner rap.

Like I said its original because no one in rap music TODAY is doing it plus hes super lyrically and the way he executed the story on this album is amazing.Its a positive message behind this album too.You don't know any rapper today who has an album like this.Its almost like hes saving rap music.

Nobody else has an opinion? I was actually interested in seeing what the reaction was to this. It's already hitting the radio pretty hard around here which I KNOW means it's gotta be blowing up everywhere else (mainly regarding the US, I don't know what the stations are like outside of this country).

Goofle I'm glad you liked it, I personally found it even more boring than prior Kendrick, mainly because I hate subject matter like this, I think it's usually pretty contrived, but I also didn't give the whole song a listen.

Kendrick is real good he just need to create more music i think, its hard to find it even on the mixtape but hes good tho love his last album.
