The amount of times this song has been sampled is astounding! 2 pac, biggie, mf doom, beastie boys, public enemy. Considering its a seemingly totally different genre (post-punk/dance punk) its quite bizzare! I really like their heavy bass/percussive driven style and minimalism. Its pretty interesting looking at how a post punk band can be so influential on hip hop. When you look at it though it actually makes a lot of sense!
