i'm pretty sure there's gay dudes in rap, just that the hyper-masculinity that is part of the culture keeps people from fully being out like that. alot of the themes that have been, and are still a part of the music(somewhat at least) was that you've gotta be hard and not show any signs of femininity, otherwise you'd be targeted or ridiculed for stuff like that. seeing as this music came from the poorer and more troubled inner cities, you've gotta have a thick skin to live in some of the areas, and it transfers over to the music.

but yeah, i don't think he's gay. he's just weird, haha.

Wiz is deep inside of Kanye's ex.

I have no clue about the others though.

There are no openly gay rappers because the black community as a whole is pretty homophobic and they would lose sales for it.

Lil B is gay and he named his album that probably to test out the theory and see how many sales an openly gay rapper can get.

I don't know if he's actually gay. He'll literally just do anything for publicity, and saying your gay is really the only thing you can say in hip hop for shock value these days.

Nobody is paying attention to all the girls mouth and asses he wants to ****, becuase thats more traditionalhip hop lol

No, i was saying that over the time, he's mentioned plenty about ****ing girls in the mouth and ass and nobody gave a ****. He says "im gay" and the rap community blows up.

I'm saying every rapper raps about ****ing girls in the mouth,so lil b had to differentiate himself, again.

oh okay, I got you.

People are trying to compare him using I'm gay as a title to Nas trying to get Nigger as an album title.

That never actually happened right?

I don't know if a word, (that also means "happy") which just is a general definition for a sexual orientation really compares to ******, maybe if it was called "***got" or something.
