I just wouldn't call Gang Starr a collab. Duo or Group. The way I see it, collabs are only for one album and feature two big names joining up. Gang Starr released 5 albums, and it's the project that made both members well known.

Collabs aren't only for one album.

Jay -Z and R-Kelly did two albums together do you want to call them a group/duo?

All really good recommendations thus far.

I'm gonna say Slaughterhouse just to get it out of the way.

Sadistik's album 'The Balancing Act' is entirely produced by Emancipator, so I suppose you could go someway to call that a collabo. If not, Sadistik & A Kid Called Computer - The Art of Dying.

DJ Dangermouse & Jemini - Ghetto Pop Life
Dangerdoom (MF Doom & DJ Dangermouse) - The Mouse & The Mask

Remember when, MF DOOM & Ghostface Killah were supposedly doing a collaboration album? Wonder what happened to that.

The Nas & Damien Marley album is aight too.

To add flame to the fire, in my opinion Gangstarr isn't a collaboration, there a group. Sure primo might've been producing for other artists before and during Gangstarr, but the main focus & bulk of his work focused on Gangstarr and Gangstarr itself is the combination of Guru & Premier. It's not Guru's album produced by preem, there just as much a part of the overall group as each other.

Oh & Monster Island Czars, another of DOOM's many collaborations!

Actually, if I remember correctly, The Balancing Act wasn't entirely produced by Emancipator.

Yeah your right, my bad. Equalibrum, Emancipator & A Kid Called Computer all handle it, and they collaborate a little between tracks too, like first segment, second segment. And Varick Pyr does one track too.
I still stand by the The Art of Dying though.

DOOMs a funny one, some of his stuff I really like, other stuff I find a bit meh, Viktor Vaughn for example.

Remeber ALL CAPS when you spell his name!
