My favorite thing about this album is Deep Space 9mm and what I believe is a easily translatable cryptic message which I did my best to decipher... but no one cared or commented on it. If no one wants to disect lyrics, I dunno what else there is to say but

"Z0mg this album rox"

I mean back to the album club, where we vote (I assume) and discuss albums. I think we did have one recent vote, and maybe even a discussion (another EL-P album I believe) but I would like it to be more regular.

Obviously people are busy, and I will be myself in the coming weeks, but I enjoyed reading this thread a whole lot, and it would be nice to engage in this type of chat.

One of the biggest reasons why I personally don't get excited about the clubs is that when it comes to the discussion, well... lackluster is the word I'm looking for. Why pour hours into a post when hardly anyone ever comments on it, let alone has anything else to say. /disillusioned

The point of album clubs isn't to nominate and vote for your favorite record and then walk away, but that seems to be how they've been going the last year. The idea of an album club is amazing. The reality of it, at least lately, is less so.
