I'm starting to think that the Carter 2 is a better album than 3, though I still like 3.

Only seven times man! And I would for his lyricism, mostly. He has some cool old school (not Hip Hop though) in his beats.

i don't think i can narrow it down to one, so i'll throw out my top 5
Blackalicious - Blazing Arrow Gift of Gab - 4th Dimensional Rocketships Going Up Lateef & Z-Trip - Ahead of the Curve Lyrics Born - Same !@#$ Different Day Maroons - Ambush i'm obviously a big fan of Quannum. it's just about the only hip hop i listen to. but if anyone can point out some similar sounds, i'd be happy to expand my horizons. |
