The Rising Tied by Fort Minor. The only one I currently own but it's amazing.

36 Chambers is a great album. I can't believe FaSho put it down like that. Shame shame on you.

I would say Illmatic or 3030 would be my fav hip hop album. For seceral reasons, the most important ones being lyrical content and originality.

C'mon son.
Did you know 36 Chambers cost $36,000 to make which is unbelieve considering it's one of the best 3 albums of all time?

Did you know in like 1992 RZA sat down all those mother****ers and told them if they put five years of their lives and solo careers on hold and answered to him, he would bring them to the top of the game? He did, and that five years ended with Wu-Tang Forever.

Did you know in the first 3 or 4 years of Wu-Tang, RZA had nine different compressors each with their own setting that remained as is so he could have one dedicated to each MC and he'd be ready to record at any time and not have to dial up a setting?

Did you know he used to make beats, then play them for everyone and make MCs "try out" and he'd hand pick who got what beat because he wanted to match their styles with the beat for maximum effect?

It's why 36 Chambers, Ironman, Return to The 36 Chambers, Tical, Liquid Swords, and Only Built For Cuban Linx are the five best hip hop albums of all time.

I dunno, GZA seems like someone who would stay pretty consistent, unless I'm making assumptions instead of inferences.
