Outkast for sure is if not the greatest duo, seriously up there. But do you mean their projects with Organized Noise or all of their works? Idlewild was a disappointment for me.

Idlewild had a couple good tracks (Morris Brown, Train, Mighty O, Peaches) but yeah it was disappointing. Felt more like two solo artists making an album than a proper duo.

Their first four albums are all 9/10s and Speakerboxxx/TLB is very good. One of the strongest discogs in Hip-Hop.
