Mobb Deep.
Too many good emcees and producers, east and west coast, but Mobb Deep changed the game more than any other (well here in Europe the influence of Havoc's productions and Prodigy's flow seriously influenced the hip-hop during 90's).
If you ask me, Cannibal Ox with Def Jux label in the early 2000's, underground hip-hop made sense considering history of that culture. And serious sh*t btw.
