I dont think he's a bad rapper. But he just wasn't on it for this video and the results are funny. It's not an epic fail, he's probably just high out if his mind.

I used to hate him as much as everybody else, but at least lately it seems he's been making steps towards becoming a legitimate artist.

Just because you don't like a white rapper doesn't mean they're only famous because they're white. Clearly Sage is only famous because he has a beard.

Actually some of these guys are pretty dope. Aesop was really sick when he first started out, but he's kinda fallen off lately. Slug and Brother Ali are talented emcees (although they're both ridiculously white) but I'm not digging their style too much, and the other guys (specifically Sage) are kinda not that good. Their not talentless, but yeah, some of them probably are only famous because their white.
