Actually, Del's Deltron 3030 album deals with a lot of the same topics that Farenheit 451 does, if i remember correctly (it's been about 5 years since read that book for summer reading). Anyway, he talks about government corruption and whatnot on a few tracks so it shouldn't be that hard to find something on that record. Also, there a lot of Rage Against the Machine songs and a few Radiohead songs that might apply, though neither of the groups do hip hop.
