Saw an interview where she talks about how she beats men because otherwise they think she's small and submissive. She just needs to "slap them up a bit" or something like that. That's a paraphrase.
I don't know, she just comes off as one of THOSE women. And I don't respect that, it makes other women look bad.
I'll try to find it somewhere.

Love her. I feel like she's a breath of fresh air for the female rapping scene. She's got great hooks, some original - some not. Pink Friday is on repeat on my iPod. BTW I'm loving the Nicki versus Lil Kim feud. Nicki wins hands down stiff tits.

Even if Nicki was the one that started it,a nd threatened to kill Lil Kim for no reason? I looked into the whole argument, and Lil Kim felt that Nicki wasn't paying homage to her as a female rapper in the business. Nicki Minaj, in response, wrote Roman's Revenge, where she says things like:
this the thanks that I get for puttin' you bitches on?
Is it my fault that all of you bitches gone?
Shoulda sent a thank-you note, you little ho
Now I'ma wrap your coffin with a bow
(Ni-ni-ni) "Nicki, she's just mad 'cause you took the spot"
Word, that bitch mad 'cause I took the spot?
Well, bitch, if you ain't ****tin', then get off the pot
Got some niggas out in Brooklyn that'll off your top
I-I-I-I hear them mumblin', I hear the cacklin'
I got 'em scared, shook, panickin'

In response to THAT, Lil Kim wrote Black Friday, the only song she's put out in about ten months, she said things responding like:

I get top dollar for whatever my name on
go stick your head in a tornado, brainstorm
I drop bombs, FLex, Napalm
black and yellow, will pull up in your ghetto
Giuseppe’s when I step out, posted up in stilettos
p-ssy so pink like my kitty saying hello
if I whistle, they’ll pistol whip you in all five borough’s
I’m in Brooklyn, I’ll be everywhere comfortably
now who pumped you and told you to come romp with me
you the type to run your mouth and then run from me
I’m poppin’ off in your hood with no company
come on, Queens aint showing you no love
I was there the other night poppin’ bottles with the thugs

Nicki also said things like, "The other girls will be feeding me grapes on the side of the pool" or something to that degree.
As much as I don't care for things like this, take a moment to remember these are real people. If someone said things like that about you, it doesn't matter who "wins" with their rhymes, she was wrong in the first place, she was rude.
I think people forget things like this.

Nicki is such a badass. Lil' Kim isn't talented, and Minaj shouldn't have to pay homage to her just because they're both female.

I don't believe she needed to pay homage either. But because someone wants to be paid homage to, doesn't mean you go and threaten their life. Music or not, it's still a heavy threat.

That's very true, she was rude.. but frankly these are rappers we are talking about and this is the norm. and IMO out of the two verses you posted Nicki's is way more original, the first half of Kim's sounds like the same stuff she always spits

It's part of rap politics. It's not like this is the first time something like this has ever happened between two musicians, especially rappers. It's part of the game, and makes music more interesting.
