I've been into DJ Shadow for a while now, but for some reason never bothered to check out Krush... until now. HOLY MOLY.
For the past couple of days I've been constantly spinning his 1995 album Meiso, which featured guest appearances from CL Smooth, Guru, Black Thought and Malik B, and as well as an epic nine-minuter with Shadow himself.
Real minimal, moody music with such strong groove. I think this album is great to listen to at night, on your own, after a nice big spliff. The head bobbles so naturally.
Please recommend to me anything in a similiar vain, I'd love to get my mind blown some more!
