I can understand criticism towards Danny's lyrical content, it isn't awful but it's not great either. I've always thought that if he employed more of a non sequitur style to his lyrics it would match his manic flow perfectly.

Any thoughts on the new ASAP?

Ahh, I thought you meant 2012 kind of new.

Listened to that a few times and really love the sound of it, even if ASAP is a pretty ****ty rapper.

Agreed. Rocky's rhymes are pretty generic swag-rap cliches but the beats mixed with his delivery make the album better on the whole.

I'm really digging this guy. It's just some 21 year old Finn making hip hop instrumentals in his bedroom, but they sound great. Really big Nujabes vibe, as he really goes for that "beautiful" sound on most of his tracks. Also has a dope Asian vibe as well.

I got a random PM from a new member here who saw my comment on noise rap in the B l a c k i e thread, and he linked me his stuff, which is actually really good. Really dark and noisy beats.
