I'm currently looking for a non-instrumental hip hop album that's not too repetitive and highly experimental. You know... something instrumentally impressive (you could say "progressive" hip hop, haha).

Black Up - Shabazz Palaces. Could be the album of the year.
Not a hip hop album, but alot of people consider it at least partially hip hop. It's pretty sick either way. A Sufi and a Killer - Gonjasufi.
