I always felt that Bazooka Tooth is at least as conceptual - the concept being the life of a nerdy kid with with bad teeth who grew up in Brooklyn back when white people generally didn't live there. I could be totally wrong about that of course. Except for the bad teeth part.

I was at the pier in Brooklyn on Saturday and had no idea the Brooklyn Hip Hop Festival was going on. I could just make out this song and tried to rush up to see them but I just missed the end of their set. I was pretty pissed.

to me it sounds like he has more of a voice
I fear his next release is going to be his blandest yet, signing with rhymesayers will do that. his verse starts at like 1:08 and its real dense and angsty and anti-establishment which is why its nice to me |
