I'm really digging this guy. It's just some 21 year old Finn making hip hop instrumentals in his bedroom, but they sound great. Really big Nujabes vibe, as he really goes for that "beautiful" sound on most of his tracks. Also has a dope Asian vibe as well.

Does anyone have any recommendations for hip hop with deep synth or glitchy beats? Here are some examples of the kind of stuff I'm looking for:

For glitchy beats I would recommend checking out edIT's 2004 album Crying Over Prose For No Reason. It's all instrumental, but it is easily one of the best examples I can think of for "glitch-hop".
