I'd have to start with a bunch of mainstream artists. In my opinion we shouldn't hate someone for making it, and there's a reason they are where they're at.

Thank you xfactor1, finally someone really sees lil wayne as what he actually is. A hip-hop/pop artist who just wants to sell to young teenagers. I mean come on most of his rhymes don't even make since. A top 10 is extremely hard to do these days. But when it comes to rhymes. I would have to say Eminem, Andre 3000, Ludacris and Kendrick Lamar would start my list off.
