I'll always have a soft spot for old marshy boy, he releases the MM LP as i hit adolescence, i remember getting his album for christmas, listening to it in my bedroom and having my dad storm in literally 20 minutes later after overhearing the lyrics and taking the CD back to woolworths. Good times.

However, no way does he make my list.

Beastie Boys
Saul Williams
Company Flow (El-P, Bigg Jus, Mr Len)
Aesop Rock
Cage
Wu-Tang
A Tribe Called Quest
Hangar 18
Mos Def
Jehst
