The [adult swim] Music Identification Thread
I'm not sure how many people watch [adult swim], but I find myself tuning in for a few shows every night... ATHF, Moral Orel, The Office, Robot Chicken, etc. For me the most intriguing part of [adult swim] is trying to figure out who is making those beats they have in their tv spots that sound amazing sober or highhh. I know they've got ties to Stones Throw, so they're reppin' a lot of those artists, but I don't always know who.
I made this thread to help myself, and (hopefully) others to identify and share the quality instrumentals they use. If you recognize something, please do share. For instance, my great discovery recently was the "Baggage Check" spot, which you may recognize from the video below. Turned out to be Flying Lotus "Massage Situation" - and it was love at first sight. I'll be back with some questions that maybe, just maybe, somebody can answer.

I love adult swim. It is like the only thing I watch on tv. I would actually like to know some of the songs from the bumps. I really like them, and the type of music in the bumps doesn't seem like my type of music so I think it would be great to get into it.
If you go to bumpworthy.com you can see all the bumps and usually the song/artist from the bump. |

I definitely stumbled on some Boards of Canada, you're right about that. Also Grizzly Bear. Dilla and Madlib in the mix... Among 100 others.

Definitely the baggage room is my favorite as well. Another one that's pretty catchy, and also from Flying Lotus- the high scores of the week track right now: Flying Lotus "First Friday Funk".

I've heard "Donuts (Intro)" by J Dilla played on there once.
Blew my brains.
