Most of what you're going to find will be very dancehall oriented. I don't know if you're talking about ragamuffin style, dancehall, or just straight hip-hop w/ a jamaican accent, but try Shinehead (old school), Young Black Teenagers, Sizzla, Bounty Killer, and Buju Banton

There's Major Lazer or whatever. I didn't really like it too much, and it's really dancehall sounding sometimes, but it was recorded in Jamaica. It's two people from M.I.A., Diplo and Switch, English guys that travelled to Jamaica to make a concept album about a Jamaican Army commando with one arm. Seems like it would be an interesting idea, but the music didn't do it for me. Check it out though, it might be what you're looking for.

Honestly I didn't want to listen to it, so I just picked the first youtube video I found. There might be better songs than this one. There's a lot of other guest musicians too.

I actually love that album, but I can see why some wouldn't. It has to be taken lightly.

So you're looking for dancehall. Check out Buju banton, barrington Levy, sizzla, and Bounty Killer for starters.

I don't think Jamaica has rappers bro, besides if they did they speak in rasta giberish and it makes no sense.
