His new album is fantastic, definitly a good one to spin with your lady. I think he's a great new artist though. Been following him since the begininng of his career.

Surell 10-02-2009 09:35 PM

He just wants to be successful.

Music <3 10-03-2009 11:53 AM

I find it amusing how he sings to the ladies whilst actually catering to the fellows. Quite a funny dichotomy. He could have a much larger fanbase if he would just embrace it for what it is and do an album with Lady GaGa.

Sparky 07-11-2011 07:17 PM

What do you mean catering to the fellows?

You mean for a gay fanbase?

couldn't you say the same for any male pop star though?

I'm sure Sinatra got the fellas juices flowin back in the day

You haven't heard the overwhelming rumors that Trey Songz is homosexual? That's what I'm referring to by "catering to the fellows." Not that there's anything wrong with that, but he denies it and puts on the typical rapper persona.

Sparky 07-11-2011 09:43 PM

Hmmm...makes the track "bottoms up" all the more interesting

I still don't know if there is room for an admittedly gay rapper in hip hop

Love Trey! His songs are amazing and so is his voice!

Zyrenah 07-12-2011 10:18 AM

I don't usually like that kind of music, although every now and again I get the urge to listen to some. I heard about him about this week, and he isn't too bad actually. I have to be in the right mood for that music though.

Just listening to his READY album for the first time, good stuff.
