There's not many British rappers I rate to be honest and the ones I do rate all started on Grime anyway, I rate Mouse Outfit but they're a production team. If it's good it's good but I just don't think the sound goes well with our accents. The vast majority of it is utter turd as well. Not sure who the most famous rapper is from here, maybe Giggs? He is a one trick pony though and really boring. A lot of British rappers try too hard to be 'deep' or intelligent and I can't listen to it, rappers like Akala, Lowkey and so on. Just toss.

Skinnyman is rated very highly but I haven't bothered to check any of his stuff out.

I think either Dot Rotten or Big H is my favourite cos they do what they do well and appeal because they are good, H doesn't force anything and they generally make good music. H's content is really limited but I don't mind that because he has quality control and is unique.

Here's bunch of Chinese Hip Hop in different languages/dialects that I've found lately. The cantonese list is much longer than the others because that's what I was looking for for learning purposes.

Cantonese

A chill song that convinced me to find more good stuff, and I did.

Rapping about Guangzhou

The video and audio gradually fall out of sync. :/

A song made for the video game Sleeping Dogs. Rapping about living as a gangster...

Rapping about problems with his girlfriend who disapproves of his musicican/rapper lifestyle.

I like the blatant symbolism in this video. Mhm.

OZMA is also the rapper in the first video of this list. The second rapper, Madprole, is also a favourite of mine. His latest album, 'Cantonese Boom Bap', was pretty alright

Ska-ish? 0:44 is when the music starts.

Mandarin

The video title says it's a cantonese rap. It isn't. There isn't a single word of cantonese. It's all mandarin.

Mandarin and Cantonese

0:34 is when the music starts.

Hokkien (Taiwanese)

The way Hokkien sounds and the picture accompanying this video amuse me.

Hawk House
They're like a British version of the Fugees with some great lyrics that just relate to people, and some great beats that help you relax and absorb the message.
