Yeah he gradually got worse, for me it goes
- MMLP -2000- (masterpiece, hands down one of the greatest rap albums in history)
- SSLP -1999- (again, masterpiece although it lacks the energy of MMLP imo)
- Eminem Show -2002- (had about 5 or 6 AWESOME tracks and a bunch of average ones).
- Infinite -1996- (The influence from people like AZ is easy to see on his first album but damn was this a showcase of lyrical ability, the lack of deeper concepts and his monotone delivery let it down, but lyrically it was awesome and he had some of the best punchlines I've heard on an album)
- Recovery -2010- (A very average album, most tracks are average or below average but some are slightly above average. Not his best work but definitley not his worst).
- Encore and Relapse, two of the worst Hip Hop albums released, period.
