First, there are several threads like this already.
Second, he hardly gets political. Considering this is his last album, he could have expanded his game and touched on more serious and specific issues, instead of fart noises and typical "Ima kill you" antics.
Third, I saw him on an SNL rerun, and he was lipsynching Mosh. THAT is why in my opinion, he is the Ashlee Simpson of Hip Hop.

Em's new album is one of the best albums ever to come out cos of the lyric value!!!
all the controversie his has around him i love it!!!! i love the fact that peoples hate eminem so much!!!
the lyrics are jus so wild and he can say wat he wants and there is nothing u can do or say to avoid him lol!!! unless u kill urself!!! then ur as crazy as him lol
see no escape so learn to like it for wat it is!!!

Okay....I didn't understand half of what you said....
And, there is no controversy surrounding him. I think you are stuck in the year 2000, when people actually cared. As far as I know, not many people hate him. He's one of the most popular rappers and is responsible for breaking the racial gap in hiphop.
His new album has no lyrical value, he is repetitive, uninspired, and in many instances just outright idiotic. There isn't even any shock value, which is what drew so many young minds to his music in the first place.
To me, he is just another washed up gimmick. Even as a great producer, he doesn't seem to know how to handle his own work. I have been able to "escape" him without killing myself btw, it's called not watching MTV all day.

i admitt that Eminem has talent
but, he does not use his talet as well as he should. I feel like he is the worst waste of talent ever...i hope that his next cd proves me wrong, cause he already showed that he can drop some classic material (Slim Shady LP) and how many cd's you sell meens nothing
