I'm not exactly sure how this works cause it doesn't really say anything in the original post... Could you explain a little bit? Are there going to be brackets and a certain amount advance from each bracket?

If you wanted to do a seeding thing you could try to find a credible rap site with top 100 listings and split up maybe the top 20 heavyweights in the rap game into different brackets or something?
