Sniperlite? It hasn't come out, but there are three tracks (really more like two) that you can download for free off the web. I think that they could put out a pretty good album considering it would be Doom (****ing awesome), Dilla production (****ing awesome), and Ghostface (slightly less awesome, but still ****ing awesome) and the songs I heard were really good.
PS Doom is way better than Del to me because his delivery, content, beats, and overall vibe are way tighter. I also assume that when we are talking about Doom we are including King Geedorah, Viktor Vaughn, and his Madvillain project. |

Definitely, I'm just such a Doom fan boy that it doesn't bother me.
I think Doom has put out a better range of material. Apart from fishcale and a few tracks off more fish there isn't a whole lot of GFK solo stuff i like. He sounds great when he's guest spotting on other Wu stuff, especially OB4CL 1 and 2. |

I'll go with Del over Doom just because of the 3030 album which is one of my top 10 favorites ever. Such a great concept listen and only Deltron could pull it off. Amazing beats too. I really like Doom and like most of the beats in his songs and his weird delivery, but he never really seems to say much in his rhymes |

MF DOOM produces. Del, not so much. MF DOOM sends impostors to tour for him. Del tours his ass off. I literally just shook Del's hand 6 hours ago at a show in SF. He's got new material on the way. He's got new members in Hiero, Bukue and Nobody. The other members of Hiero are still active and touring. All in all, while I like them both, I have about 20 MF DOOM tunes I play regularly and about 50 Del tracks I play regularly. Long term, Deltron 3030 is a classic that I will listen to for my whole life I presume. DOOM hasn't released anything that makes me feel like 3030. MMm...Food does come close though... |

I think it's a pretty even debate and it boils down to opinion. I just ended up going with Del because, although similar, I relate more with Del. His message is more about the heart and soul of music and life. I listen to DOOM because I love his flow, but I love Del's content.

I think that Doom is more creative period. You won't hear the stuff he says coming from anyone else. Del on the other hand just has a distinctive voice and a nice flow. Plus Doom's beat making is sick, "The Fine Print" anyone?
