I just listened to that first Witness song. You've got to be kidding me, right? Right? Please be?

Like I said, it's a personal favorite and not what I would consider "best"

Alright, so Brother Ali? Again, get serious. Eminem's collection is phenomenal. Not even including his D12 and mixtape stuff out there.
I don't see how anyone can say with a straight face that there's a white rapper better than Em. It really says volumes about having no knowledge about hip-hop. A lot of his singles follow the same sort of bull****, but there's so much more than those singles. The more I think about people voting someone else it boggles my ****ing mind. Pretty much just voting someone else because Eminem is "popular" and was on MTV. Rhyme schemes, flow, production....he's a complete rapper. |
Right, I'm a bandwagon hip-hop fan/def jux fanboy.
Right. Rhyme scheme, flow, and production have nothing on... well we'll just stick with Ali for the sake of argument. Dre's beats have nothing on Ant. Eminem is hit or miss. For every Mockingbird there's an I'm Retarded. Lyrically it's mostly one liners that get stale over time. His voice sounds like nails on a chalkboard. His ''accent'' reinvents itself every album. He's good for a little levity from time to time and is a good rapper. He's basically making Twiztd/Necro music with skill. Best white rapper though?? Naaaaah man. And just because he creates polarizing views doesn't mean it's ok to slide in with "you don't like him cause ur tryin to be sooo indierap" But hey, in more interesting eminem news, here is Asher Roth's latest tweet: "asherroth: Been a day of rest and relaxation, sorry twitter - hanging out with nappy headed hoes" |
cant believe u forgot classified :(
voted for eminem lol |

no white rapper is better than em. I have heard all of his stuff, and all of his rare stuff and he poos on everybody. Some of his best work is on the d12 and Dr. Dre albums in the past. |
