Underground
So I've been getting into this stuff lately, guys like Aesop Rock, Atmosphere, Alias (The Other Side of the Looking Glass), Eyedea, El-P, Sage Francis, Mos Def, Talib Kweli. Who are some other cats I should check out (I checked the Wikipedia thread on the genre, but I'd rather you guys recommend me some than download all of them and have to find the diamonds in the rough.)
'Always Coming Back Home to You' by Atmosphere is epic. Last edited by enemyat_thesix; 04-08-2007 at 12:18 AM. |

Underground
I want to know what you guys think of the underground rap scene. Who's your favorite underground artist? Personally, I'm big into ICP and the rest of psychopathic records and Tech N9ne. I'd have to say Tech N9ne is my FAVORITE rapper of all time, living or dead, mainstream or underground. He's just very good at what he does and really works hard to give us good music.
