Southernplayalisticcadillacmusik has to be
My favorite of theirs but their discography is full of gold. Some of their stuff has always had certain gangsta elements to it but never full out. I honestly think The Love Below/Speakerboxx isn't good at all, "Roses" and "Hey Ya!" Are two completely trash cuts to me.

I'll always love Outkast, I first heard B.O.B. and stopped frozen until he'd finished. At my young age and shielded from that kind of rapid-fire delivery I couldn't get my head round how someone could cram that many words into such a short space of time.

Roses is easily one of their worst songs, but Hey Ya! is good. I still think Prototype is the best song on that album, even if he's shamelessly mimicking Prince. And I don't like B.O.B. much either.
I've always gravitated towards their more spacey stuff (Da Art of Storytellin' Pt. 1, Humble Mumble) or their slower, heavier hitting stuff (Aquemini, Elevators) |

lol Roses and Hey Ya are both fantastic pop tracks. Miles ahead of some of the crossover shite that has come from Hip-Hop.

There is not much filler on there tbh, album is really enjoyable. Outkast's first album was borderline Gangsta Rap in places. Tracks like Deep & Ain't No Thang. Listen to Dre's last verse on Ain't No Thang. |
