Yea their just reifying the rock star image... but in terms of using rock sounds.... experimentation is always a good thing.. it just sucks when it gets over done.... but look at kanye's new ****...... stonger is ground breaking i think

True, Stronger is a good song. But the other stuff by others isn't as good. Oh well, I guess it's all about trial and error, hopefully the ones that aren't good stop doing it lol.

well it sone thing to take samples and get influenced by something, but to just kill it by putting the term rockstar in there..run dmc and the BB didn't do that. and i do appreciate old sound coming in to influence but not when it gets over done like that, its injustice
