Thumbs up

My fave biggie songs are: 1 Kick in the door
2 Last Day
3 I got a story to tell
Old rap such as biggie and pac is much better than modern rubbish like 50cent, and ludacris

I feel like Biggie needs to be discussed again, what is the current MBers feeling about his contribution to rap music?

Favourite song at this current time is Ready To Die

I was just listening to party and bull**** two nights ago and forgot how much I loved it. It's definitely in my top three

Who shot ya? and Ten Crack Commandments are the other two.

Three favorite Biggie songs:

-Gimme the Loot
-Ten Crack Commandments
-Sky's the Limit

Biggie is amazing, damn I think a lot about how different the music worls would be if he hadn't been murdered. Just such a distinct voice and sounds. Bug dude had crazy flow, some of the best ever. One of the few guys to make thug party music, and Biggie was a dude legit from the street. Things just aren't the same anymore, the world will never see anyone close to Biggie Smalls.

Notorious Thugs is crazy, and I really like Ready to Die as well. I heard he recording his verse for Thugs in one take. That's crazy, it's so different from his usual style and he really lays it down on that one.
