What did you guys think of Kno's, Death is Silent?

Easily my top 5 hip hop albums

Awesome album.

Great album. Tunji's verse on "Rhythm of the Rain" was my personal favorite part. Still, not quite top five worthy IMO.

I like quality control albums and this is definitely one of them. Kanye was still producing some decent beats then too.

2003-2005 Kanye was making some really good beats actually, Down and Out for Cam'Ron and Get By for Talib Kweli were :cool:.

Plus a hundred more.

^Down and Out wasn't actually produced by Kanye, even though it was a great beat. Brian Miller did that beat, even though Kanye shared credit.

Never got into Common for whatever reason.

Why is Kanye credited if he didn't produce it?

probably due to him being rather vanilla and uninteresting.
His best and most acclaimed song is a lazy metaphor.
