The song is pretty weak to me. The auto-tuned chorus grates on my nerves, I feel like it's just a grab for radio play. Which is completely understandable in his lead single, it just isn't the stuff that made me love him.

It's apparently the stuff that will finally allow his album to be released, though. I agree- but it is catchy, and I can definitely see the mainstream appeal. I'm just happy to see new material, and what the non-"single" tracks will offer.

Anyone wanna help me out? What album/mixtape is the song "Trials & Tribulations" on?

Yeah, I'm definitely still pumped for the album.
