I don't think I need to list my top ten overall Biggie songs, but 7 of them are on Ready To Die.

I think the B.I.G. had a superior flow, but I feel like 2Pac had more of a purpose to rap. Better lyrics.

I think Biggie's great, but what did he have-1 great album? Ready to Die, and I couldn't even get into the others.

2pac, meanwhile had 2pacalypse Now, Strictly 4 my Nig*az, Me Against the World, and Makaveli. A much better discography imo.

Sure leave out the fact that Ready to Die and Life After Death are two of the best hardcore rap albums ever made.

I will leave that out so it will help with my point.

Life After Death can die again, and be reincarnated into something that doesn't feature P. Diddy, Mase, the Lox, and R. Kelly hopefully.

I was raised in a neighborhood where Tupac was celebrated, Biggie not so much. It would be unfair of me to vote seeing as I haven't listened to a lot of the latter's material. Tsk.

I'd have to go with Tupac, I'd rather the poet. The album "The Rose That Grew From Concrete" had a nice compilation of poems from various artists.
