Default Females in the Industry

there are a lot of women (this includes but isn't limited to groups) in the urban music industry.

And this thread was more or less inspired by some user (catty i think her name was).

In any event who are your favorite women rappers, singers and whatever?

Mary J Blige
Lil Kim
Ms. Jade
Missy Ellito
TLC
Princess Superstar
Aaliyah
Vivian Greene
Eve
Faith Evans (earlier in her career)

and that's about it for me

I couldn't think of their names earlier but Ms Jackie O (because I know how Bungalow feels about her) and MC Lyte. Major contribution to the industry and an inspirtation for many women.
