Queen Latifah, not so much for her music but for her image.
Ciara's done a good job of mixing feminity with edgy-ness to create a good look for her. And so far, my favorite female rapper I'd have to say is Kid Sister. Most female rappers have to try to sound like guys to rap, but she still sounds like a women when she raps. Added to the fact that she's got sick rhymes just makes her my favorite. |

I think Anteater has raised a good point here (and not that Alicia Keys is a hoe ) but that most women considered in the "industry" are simply there for their bodies to dance around and look sexy. There are very few that are actually there for their talent, some of which have been mentioned.
