I like the black eyed peas. Do they sing that one hit song...I forgot it, its like "with his song...with his voice", something like that.

Rockafella Skank 12-27-2003 11:16 AM

Both J5 and Black Eyed Peas are starting to get way more exposure in the last 2 years or so. I remember going to a concert where they both played about 5 years ago and nobody had heard of them.

I was really surprised by how much I liked Atomsphere (the couple of songs I have heard). I haven't got the album, does anyone know if it is any good?

Did I miss something? Why do you think the Black Eyed Peas are an underground band?

ArtistInTheAmbulance 06-03-2005 09:05 AM

^That was in 2003.

A lot of people like 'em, but personally I'm not a big fan of Slug's voice. Sage Francis has pretty much the same style, but his lyrics are often better.
