tha's a genuinely tough choice, I'm not being sarcastic, for once..
lotsa good stuff in there

Even though I'd choose a few in there my ultimate choice would probably be Whodini's "Back in Black'

for me its definatley midnight maruders, but theres some other albums i think you might consider.
J5-J5 LP
biggie-ready to die
dilated peoples- expansion team
wu tang -enter the 36 chambers.
pete rock- Hip Hop Underground Soul Classics
method man-blackout

but it was a tough choice for me, midnight maruders is definatley my favourite with tunes like suck nigga, award tour, all good man. tribe are probs my fav.hip-hop group. but then youve got de la, and that is a revolutionary album, recorded in like late 80s i think. theres a tune on there called buddy and it has q-tip in quality tune. thats a good list but i think j5 should be taken into consideration, not sure about dilated good album, there best one by far. i think the biggie album should be taken into consideration as should wu tang, enter the 36 chambers. but with j5 i dunno if people agree if j5 lp is their best, some people like power in numbers.

some people, even though im not an avid fan of him, may wish to include dre either the chronic or 2001 in there, still good albums, 2001 i feel is better than ems marshall mathers lp.

also im not sure if my personal favourite beasties album is license to ill, i like hello nasty aswell..but still they are both quality albums.

true say. but some white rap is terrible. the only rapper i really like that is white is skinnyman, and hes repping UK. i think beastie boys made way for other artists coming through, but saying making white rap cool aint quite right. some of the white rap that came through like vanilla ice and bubby sparx is poor. but em is good but i dunno if beasties affected peoples perception of white rap.
