The "Get On Up " movie is coming out soon and looks like it might be interesting to watch. My Daughter saw James Brown live a couple of years before he died and she said that he performed with the energy of a teenager! He just brought the place down with his dancing and singing.

after my first jb concert i rushed to tower (which closed at midnight) to buy the star time box set. i'd never been so excited before in my whole life! got to see the godfather four times, last time in a small venue. 5,500 songs! the mind boggles.

Your daughter is lucky!!!!

The Get Up movie looks cheap and tacky! James deserved a better bio movie. He deserves the Ray Charles treatment. I wonder if the producers got permission from the family to do it.
