I'd go with Biggie. One of the few guys who could pull of legit gangster rhymes and make it into a party song. I give a good amount of credit to Diddy, but Biggie's voice and flow were really original. The way he placed his rhymes within the beat were awesome. Second would be Big L. Much respect for his quick rhyming and some hilarious punchlines, but I can't bring myself to put anyone over Biggie. Listened to a lot of Pac, but just was never really a fan. I never viewed him as some poetic thug-poet like a lot of others do, and really was never feelin his music. As for Big Pun, there's a dude I need to listen to more of.
