Female Punk Singers (dance, Queen, quote, bands, Viola)

Depends if they can actually sing, most females cant sing a note in tune in the music industry wheres theres people like me who ( Im not trying to be conceited) have some talent. So no, girls cant sing punk, because the ones you hear in the public eye suck.
Oh and have you read the post replied to your email that says that HILARY DUFF is a punk chick. I think they need a reality check.

YOU PEOPLE NEED TO START LISTENING TO PUNK BEFORE YOU POST IN THREADS LIKE THESE!!

I can name a few bands with great 'chick' singers. Vice Squad, the Devotchkas, the Lunachicks...i won't go on. I bet the most you've heard of bands with female singers is Avril lavigne, as i see some people saying. and AVRIL SINGS POP for the thousandth time. just because someone dresses a certian way doesn't mean that's the type of music they play..

Personally I HATE chicks singing punk. Its a male dominated genre for a reason. Why i hate it... EG. The Spazzy's WTF!!!!

first of all yellowcard sux balls. you should reconsider your own taste in music before you go insulting bands like the distillers and tsunami bomb. they kick ass. feel free to IM me if you want to talk about chick singers in punk bands.

i wasnt insulting any bands at all. I was merely asking if anyone felt the same way as me. I prefer male punk singers over female singers and day, and by the looks of it, so do some other people. Im sorry if you feel so flusterd over a music forum, i was just stating my opinion.

Thanks Yellow Card. By the way all those kids that are saying sh*t to you about Yellowcard not being punk, well they are not kool. If anyone has ever listened to Yellowcards 1st album they would know that they're punk rock. On the other hand since you cant have talent to be stereotypical punk rock I guess they aren't. Either way they're a goof F'in band!

^ thanks buddy. Yeh yellow card are cool, not my favourite though. the only reason its my name is because when i signed up i didnt know what name to put in, but yellow card were playing on my computer, thus the name.
but yeah they are rad!!!!
