They still are. They just released a really great new album (through Burger records!!!) a few months ago. Pretty sure they've been touring, too.

Oh yeah, throwin out Allison Mossheart formerly of Discount and now The Kills. I think she did some vocals with The Dead Weather, too? I'm not sure I haven't checked that band out.

Almost like Off! but fronted by a woman.

They remind me of Girlschool. Funny how blurred the lines between metal and punk can be. Anyway, cool song!

She's the lead singer for the dead weather, with Jack doing backup vocals.

Discount is one of the few pop punk bands I like.

I love The Kills, although they're not so strictly punk (maybe artpunk or something, idk)

The Dead Weather is decidedly not a punk band (more hard rock/blues rock), but totally worth checking out.
