I am kind of late to this discussion but,Beki Bondage and Penelope Houston are two great singers.
And female musicians are as good as the males.

I don't listen to much punk but I enjoy Kristin McRory from Tsunami Bomb. The first song I heard her on was lemonade and I fell for that band because of her voice.
