Ramones and The Damned's self titled debuts, The Circle Jerks debut Group Sex (although it's only 15 minutes so it's not really a fair comparison to longer albums)

As much as I love the Sex Pistols, Nevermind the Bollocks definitely comes off as a group of separate songs. They're great, so it doesn't really effect the quality of the album, but they're not the right answer for this thread.
