I love MSP, but I don't think of them when I think Britpop. On their first and second album, they had more of a Guns N' Roses thing going on.

They expanded their sound further as they went on - while the critics and the band themselves were sour on it, Lifeblood is probably my second favorite Manics album.



Everything Must Go and This is My Truth Tell Me Yours were probably the closest they got to Britpop. Both great albums.

I want hawk in my life as a personal advice giver at all times so I could do the exact opposite of everything he'd suggest and be successful in all my endeavours

After listening to eight hours of punk rock at work I've come to the conclusion that Dead Kennedies are a good band. I had to cause god damn they came up on that playlist like every five songs.
