You posted earlier you've never been to a show this explains alot. There is an energy when listening to hardcore music that cannot be contained and it spawned mosh pits. If you are worried about getting hurt then you might be better off staying home. Most mosh pits are front row and center so not hearing the music will never be an issue. Go get some battle scars already.

Is it really that weird I don't like the concept of getting hurt when listening to music?

My ideal concert would be at some small place wih a low amount of people, where I can clearly see the band play. I hate crowde places.

It took me till almost the end of the video to realize that the guy in the mask was otherwise completely naked.

Ah the Dwarves they played up here a few years ago in a small divey club in Chinatown, unfortunately I was living to far out off town at the time to roll on in. Great band!

As for the journal, lol. Well yes hardcore's never been the most commercially viable genre. I just write because its therapeutic, not really expecting anyone to read mine, cheers

I remember when you could pick out the poseurs because they referred to the pit as the "mosh pit". A small tear trickles down my cheek when I consider how the poseurs have apparently won the language war.
